The story began in my grandmother's kitchen, where I used to sit on her worn wooden stool, eyes wide with wonder, as she expertly kneaded dough and shared stories from her youth.

Every Thursday after school, I would rush into her kitchen and hug her. I would smell the fresh bakes and stare in amazement at her creations. Those special moments are deeply etched in my memory.

Watching my grandma making these recipes and learning how to make them myself taught me so many lessons about baking and life.

No matter the occasion, she always baked with love and care creating beautiful recipes.

Years later, inspired by those memories, I decided to study baking. This journey led to the creation of “Chez Cookie” Bakery where we strive to give love and happiness in every bite.
